What is PTE Home B1?
PTE Home B1 is a Secure English Language Test approved by the UK Home Office for candidates applying for UK settlement (Indefinite Leave to Remain) or British citizenship (naturalisation). It tests Speaking and Listening only at CEFR B1 level — intermediate English — and delivers a pass or fail result. It is the most commonly required SELT level for settlement routes in the UK.
